About Me

Hi, I’m Jessica Aucoin, LCSW. I have been working as a social worker for the past seven years, supporting older teens, adults, and older adults through a variety of life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and prenatal/perinatal issues.

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, empowering process where clients feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow.

Outside of my work, I love spending quality time with my children, crocheting, and watching new movies with my husband. These personal joys help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance and warmth into my work with clients.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking for a space to explore personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey.
