About Me
Hi, I am Jessica Aucoin, LCSW.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Farmington, Connecticut, offering compassionate therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by daily stress, or unsure how to move forward after a significant life change, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and build meaningful momentum.
For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, helping people find clarity, calm, and confidence when life feels heavy or uncertain. I draw from evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and person centered techniques to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported in the work you want to do. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, build practical tools for growth, and create changes that feel real and sustainable.
When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, and watching new movies with my husband. These simple joys help me stay grounded and bring warmth and balance into both my life and my work.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or simply looking for a safe space to explore personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you.
